My pro and con list of my first full day in Sonoma...Day #1 of my self imposed sabbatical!

     PRO's
* 80 degrees, no humidity, sunny...perfect!
*Most lovely cottage, 5 blocks from Sonoma Plaza
*The private pool and spa at the lovely cottage
*Very friendly and informative people at the tourist center. If I stayed for 3 months,
  I would not be able to do it all. So many wineries...so little time...
*Sonoma Market...the best grocery ever, and I know that you trust me on this one!
*Rick, a helpful angel at Radio Shack...oh, what I put him through... IPhone, camera, blog issues....
  and lots of laughs. See pic below.
*My Rent-A- Wreck car battery dying and costing $90 to charge...forgot to turn lights off...oh, woe.
*Buying $500 worth of clothes because I overslept on Friday. The cabbie awakened
 me at 4:45am, as he pulled up. Seeing as I'd set the alarm for 3:00am, I threw in the
 most gaudawful combo of tops (only 1 pair of pants for 3 weeks) and off we went at 80 mph to catch my 6am flight....and here I am , happy as a clam with new and adorable togs, to boot!
*Not one single thing on my schedule, except a mud bath and massage appointment in Calastoga, signing up for yoga classes, renting a bike, the farmers market in Sonoma on Tuesday eve, and getting to the beach at Bodego Bay...and of course, the wineries, reading. writing, meditating....and thinking about all of the big questions in life.
* The love and support of all of my family and friends.

CON's
...not one little thing!
